The churning out of a specific quantity of any item, can number in the thousands, or be just a few. Our CNC workshop allows the exact dimensions to be followed throughout the run of a product. Our company has 11 CNC machines, High precision Swiss, USA, German and Japanese machinery, 1 to 5 axes simultaneously controlled used in cutting, bending, milling, turning and all related activities. Steel fabrication is the process of cutting, bending, and shaping steel alloy to create a product. In this process many pieces of metal are attached together to create a form of a predefined shape and size. This process involves taking raw components and transforming them into the customer specified items. Our versatile setup and skilled manpower are the assets based on which we meet or exceed the requirements of the dynamic oil field industry of Middle East. We fabricate from Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminium, Plastics, Rubber, Leather, Brass and Copper.
With the state of art welding tables and MIG welding machines, fabrication jobs have been made easy and precise and on time. It all started with anchor bolts of various types in sizes ranging from M6 to M100. ¼” to 4” and from single piece to as many required using SS304, SS316 / SS316L, Grade 4.6, Grade 8.8, Grade 10.9, Aluminium, Brass and many other grades or material as per requirement. We manufacture L- Bolts, J- Bolts, U- Bolts, D- Anchors, Plate Anchors, Pipe Anchors, V Anchors, Y Anchors, Web Anchors, Engineering Studs, Refractory Anchors, Thru Bolts, Straight Anchors, Twisted Anchors, Eye Bolts.
We also develop die and tool design in house to carry out jobs of pressed products with ease. We made Buckets, T- Bolts, Clamps, Angles, Hooks, Clips, Latches and Tower Bolts. Dedicated Team: We have professional who work on the latest software’s CAD/CAM, Accounts and Information Management Systems. These help us meet customer demands in their exactness and retrieve all previous engineering and commercial information at the click of button. We develop, and design tools and dies in-house depending on projects and jobs. The company does not have any design assignment to demonstrate but holds the capability of designing. Whenever a requirement of design turns up from the customer, we the assignment and carry out in line with the existing laid procedure.

Its founder, Josef Studenik, named his company “The First Moravian Factory for Saws and Tools”. Since then, our company is participating in the development of the cutting tools for worldwide applications.
The most up-to date production of bimetal bandsaw blades. In line with global trends, in the year of 2012 PILANA METAL built a completely new plant producing bi-metal band saw blades for metal cutting. The production line is equipped with the best European technologies. Only the bimetal coils produced in Western Europe are used for the manufacturing of our tools.
High and stable quality with quick delivery. Our technology allows us to guarantee both high quality tools as well as very short delivery times to our customers. Our own welding service, which is a part of the production plant, produces more than 300 welded loops of band saw blades every day.
We export to the whole world. Our tools are used in many European countries. Our band saw blades supplied in coils are exported to more than 50 countries worldwide.
